Customer Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a client requests cancellation and a refund before the agreed work has started, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the client. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation After Work Starts
Once the agreed work has started, no refund will be provided for the amount already paid for the service.
3. Understanding the Service Before Payment

4. How to Request Cancellation
